Assumption: an average customer rent of $10 per CBM a month, with rent pooled across all 30 units. IRR is the yearly rate of return on what you pay, treating the payouts as 12 equal quarterly amounts with the first three months after you pay; in practice the first and last payouts follow the calendar quarter and can cover part of one.

How payouts work
- 01
Your share of the rent

B Logistics keeps the other 20%, 30% or 40% as its profit, and pays every running cost from it: staff, utilities, maintenance and finding customers. Nothing is ever deducted from your share.

Questions and answers
How do I invest?
Create an investor account, choose an opportunity and the number of units or bikes, then pay by card or bank transfer. Your holdings appear in your account once payment is confirmed.
Do I own the warehouse units?
No. You lease warehouse units for 36 months. Ownership stays with B Logistics, and you earn your share of the rent while your lease runs.
What is the B Logistics profit share?
It is the part of each unit’s rent that B Logistics keeps as its profit: 20%, 30% or 40% depending on the phase. B Logistics pays every running cost out of this share: staff, utilities, maintenance and finding customers. You receive your 80%, 70% or 60% in full, with nothing deducted.
When are payouts made?
Each opportunity sets its own schedule. Warehouse units pay every quarter and bikes pay every month. Earnings become available on the 1st of the month after each period ends.
Where can I see my earnings?
In your investor portal at blogsitics.com/account. It shows your units, what each one has earned, your quarterly statement, your next payout date and the amount you can transfer now.
What are the risks?
Payouts depend on how much space is rented and on the rent and installments B Logistics actually collects. Read the important information under Key terms before you invest.
